What to include so the first reply is useful
Most enquiries arrive with a single line, which means the first reply has to be a list of questions. If you can include even three of the following, we can usually come back with indicative sizing and a payback range instead.
- Site postcode, which sets the irradiance assumption and tells us which distribution network operator governs your connection.
- Annual electricity spend or consumption in kWh, from a recent bill. This is the single most useful number, because self-consumption drives the return far more than system size does.
- What the building does and when. A weekday office and a seven-day chilled warehouse of the same floor area produce completely different answers.
- Roof type, age and approximate area, or a note that the roof is not available, in which case we look at ground mount, car park canopy or a PPA.
- Whether you own or lease the building, and if you lease, how long is left on the term.
- What is prompting it: energy cost, a net zero commitment, a customer questionnaire, an EPC or MEES problem, or an EV fleet deadline.
How we respond
Enquiries are answered by email within one working day. We do not operate a call centre and we do not pass details to third-party lead buyers. If the enquiry is outside what we do, we say so plainly rather than passing it on.
There is no charge for the desk feasibility stage and no obligation attached to it. If the numbers do not work for your site, we would rather tell you that at the desk stage than sell you a system that disappoints.
